Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Damaged or defective items, or

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability).

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the original payment method or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
